Ted A. Barraco
Attorney At Law

I have been engaged in the general practice of law in Rochester, New York since February, 1983. I serve clients throughout Central and Western New York. My practice is largely devoted to civil and criminal litigation. I have focused my practice on the needs of individuals, families and small businesses. My practice includes litigation including trials and appeals for plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of cases including:

PERSONAL INJURIES automobile accidents, premises liability, slip and fall, medical and professional malpractice, products liability, wrongful death, breach of warranty, claims against bars and restaurants who serve alcohol to intoxicated or under-age persons, claims for workplace accidents and exposure to hazardous substances, No-Fault claims for lost wages, medical bills and expenses, civil rights claims including discrimination and false arrest claims and intentional torts such as assaults.

When the situation calls for it, I can make arrangements to meet you after normal business hours, at your home or in the hospital.

MATRIMONIAL AND FAMILY LAW divorce, separation, custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, family offenses, modification and enforcement of prior orders and agreements.
